Korean-language Clerk (5 days on / 2 days off) in Shanghai. Responsibilities: record and respond to domestic and international customer inquiries via phone, email and online channels; assist customers in promptly resolving issues; handle administrative functions. Requirements: fluent spoken Korean (a language certificate or overseas study experience is preferred), strong customer-service awareness and stress tolerance, Word/Excel proficiency, and acceptance of a rotating 8-hour-shift schedule. Salary 10,000-15,000 RMB plus performance bonus, with five-insurance-one-fund on employment.
