Cove operates coliving spaces across Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, and Japan with over 8,000 rooms across Asia Pacific. This full-time contract Customer Service - Korea role is remote (Jakarta-based hiring) and requires bilingual fluency in English and Korean at professional working proficiency. Key responsibilities: verify IDs/documents during booking per legal requirements and keep tenant identification records 100% compliant; respond to leads within 10 minutes; manage booking forms; address tenant inquiries on invoices, payments and check-in details; resolve lease-related inquiries (extensions, date modifications); route inquiries to internal teams; secure signed agreements and invoice payment; update stakeholders on sales transactions. Qualifications: prior customer service experience; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication or related field; bilingual English and Korean (professional proficiency); strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; CRM software familiarity; goal-oriented and adaptable.
