EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Engineer

Job description COMPANY OVERVIEW : LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021 focusing only in Television (TV) product. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Enabling the unified operations of product development and manufacturing, the new subsidiary will allow LG to develop new models with higher efficiency as well as expand the company’s businesses in the global TV market with heightened speed. LGERC also aims to foster local product operation systems focusing on R&D with the aim of developing a more diverse lineup of TV products that respond to the rapidly growing Asian market, particularly Indonesia Development new model of Television (TV). Responsibility : - Achieve new product / new model EMC on-time certification by : - Checking EMC standard for each development stage event and respond in a timely manner - EMC testing, EMC/RF application by country and certification - Prevention of EMC standard accidents by : - Checking EMC potential standard risk & respond to quality issues at production subsidiaries - Doing all activities to achieve zero EMC standard field issue - EMC System Set-up: - Accreditation and renewal of certified testing laboratories to improve EMC testing quality - Discovering and managing local standard agencies to establish an EMC / RF local approval system General Requirement: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree from: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent. - At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing field is preferable. - Proficient in Phyton Programming Language. - Have knowledge/interest in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) / Radio Frequency (RF) and electronics components. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). - Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Able to speak Korean is an additional point. - Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi - Placement will be in LGE Indonesia R&D Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics Indonesia)
