ESG & Sustainability Superintendent

We are currently hiring for ESG & Sustainability Superintendent with details as follow: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible to lead ESG and sustainability initiatives aligned with the company's sustainability strategy and business objectives. - Manage ESG data collection, sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance - Communicate related policy and best practice in related to sustainability practices to related stakeholders to increase sustainability awareness - Ensure the implementation of internal approvals for the related department output - Conduct research on sustainability topics, frameworks, and best practices - Support documentation, presentation materials, and internal reporting for sustainability programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support ESG & sustainability programs KEY REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Law, Environmental Science, Engineering, Communication, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, or other related disciplines. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Sustainability Reporting, ESG Data Management, or related fields. - Good understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, IFRS Sustainability Standards, GHG Protocol, SROI, and ISO. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. - High level of discipline, integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure. - Having good Korean Speaking would be an advantage.
