Location: Sanur, Bali | Full-time | IDR 5,000,000 - 6,500,000/month Overview: Seeking a refined, service-driven professional to deliver five-star, personalized medical experiences for discerning patients of a premium Korean plastic surgery brand in Bali. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to patient enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism - Provide accurate, personalized information on treatments, procedures, and pricing - Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth pre-visit preparation - Welcome and accompany patients throughout visits; coordinate consultations with specialist doctors - Conduct post-treatment follow-ups and recovery check-ins - Maintain accurate, confidential patient records Required Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field) - Minimum 2 years experience in luxury service environment (5-star hotel, high-end clinic, premium hospitality) - Background in Beauty Advisor, Guest Relations, Front Office, or Patient Coordination highly preferred - Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Korean (Korean proficiency is an advantage) - Well-groomed, professional, confident in client-facing situations - Highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced developing environment Benefits: medical insurance, miscellaneous allowance.
