Daewoong Bio Indonesia (part of Korea's Daewoong Group) is hiring a General Affair staff in North Kuta, Bali. Responsibilities: - Manage and negotiate commercial lease agreements, extensions, and terminations for company properties - Support property development/renovation projects including budgeting, contractor sourcing, and timeline management - Establish, review, and manage outsourcing service contracts (security, cleaning, facility maintenance) - Contract lifecycle management to mitigate legal and financial risks; define and monitor SLAs for third-party vendors - Lifecycle asset management and regular physical inventory audits - Leverage network with Indonesian government agencies (Immigration, BKPM, Local Authorities) - Administrative support for partnership activities: agreement preparation, documentation, reporting, compliance tracking - Coordinate vendors, manage office supplies and inventory; assist with permits, licenses, and audit preparation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field - Minimum 2 years (Admin level) or 4 years (Leader level) in General Affairs, Facilities Management, Office Administration, or Property Management - Strong knowledge of facility management, procurement, vendor management, budgeting, Indonesian labor regulations, HSE, and expatriate administration - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) - Fluent in Korean (written and spoken) to facilitate communication and reporting with Korean management/headquarters - Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Recruitment process: Application - Aptitude Test - 1st Interview - 2nd Interview - Compensation Negotiation - Onboarding.
