Responsibilities: - Review arrival lists to welcome guests - Attend to special/VIP guests and address inquiries - Prepare welcome folders with room service menus and area information - Provide information about amenities and venues, promote services - Anticipate guest needs and build customer rapport - Assist with travel arrangement confirmations and message taking - Address complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager as needed - Ensure health and quality standard compliance Requirements: - Fluent in Korean; proficient English - Minimum 1 year guest relations or similar experience (luxury hospitality preferred) - Hotel management software (OPERA) experience advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-oriented with positive attitude - Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management (bachelor's degree preferred)
