We are seeking a mechanical design engineer who is eager to grow with our company and participate in the design and development of customized hydraulic press systems. - Term of Contract: contract & renewable - Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day - Working location: Jakarta, Indonesia and possibility to relocate to Korea About the role SAMMA ENG Co., Ltd. is a Korean manufacturer specializing in hydraulic press systems for the automotive composite industry. We are seeking a mechanical design engineer to participate in the design and development of customized hydraulic press systems. Key responsibilities - Design hydraulic press machines and automation equipment using AutoCAD and SolidWorks - Prepare mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM - Review customer specifications and develop customized machine designs - Coordinate with production, assembly, and purchasing departments - Support machine installation and commissioning when required - Participate in continuous product improvement and engineering documentation About you - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Basic knowledge of machine design - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Basic knowledge of mechanical design and engineering drawings - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good English communication skills; intermediate Korean is preferred. - Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software is preferred - Understanding of hydraulic systems is preferred - Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred - Willingness to travel overseas for installation and technical support is preferred Benefits - National Health Insurance & National Pension - Employment & Industrial Accident Insurance - Performance Bonus (based on company policy) - Overtime Pay - Lunch Provided - Overseas Business Trip Allowance - Visa Sponsorship (E-7, if applicable) - Training and Career Development Other Information: - KOTRA Jakarta does not have the authority to decide on all matters relating to the interview, recruitment, and placement of workers that occur between The Hiring Company and Applicants. - The Hiring Company as mentioned above will contact applicants directly for the interview, recruitment, and further process. - KOTRA may collect your personal information and send it to the Hiring Company.
