Duties include serving as the liaison between Korean dealers and customers and the company, handling Korean-language communications by phone, email, and KakaoTalk, interpreting for Korean clients visiting Japan, and supporting sales and technical staff during business trips to Korea (approximately 2 to 3 times per year, 3 to 5 days each). Initial training covers machinery assembly fundamentals and parts knowledge, transitioning into interpreter duties with eventual involvement in simple machine adjustments.
