Since our establishment in 2015, our Jakarta Office has been actively working to strengthen and expand exchanges between Gyeongsangbuk-do and Indonesia through various programs and activities. - Term of Contract: contract & renewable - Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day - Working location: Artha Graha Building, SCBD, South Jakarta, Indonesia (WFO) About the role Gyeongsangbuk-do Jakarta Office (under the name of Gyeong Buk Corporation) is a representative office of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, South Korea in Jakarta, Indonesia. We serve as a bridge between Korea and Indonesia, promoting local government cooperation, supporting Gyeongbuk companies in expanding into the Indonesian market, and introducing the province's tourism, culture, and outstanding products to Indonesia. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with an interest in marketing to join our team, working closely with buyers and promoting Gyeongsangbuk-do products. Key responsibilities - Support the market survey and local marketing activities of Gyeongsangbuk-do products in Indonesia - Find, identify and communicate with local buyers and facilitate business matching between Korean companies and Indonesian buyers - Support the planning and operation of promotional events, exhibitions, and B2B programs - Manage product-related materials and information - Promote Gyeongsangbuk-do products, tourism, and culture in Indonesia - Conduct research and prepare reports related to events and marketing activities Qualifications - Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing, business development, trading, or a related field - Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia - Excellent knowledge of the Indonesian product market - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask - Experience in B2B business matching, buyer sourcing, or connecting suppliers with potential business partners is preferred - Korean language proficiency is a plus Required Documents - Resume / CV - Cover Letter - English/Korean Language Proficiency Certificate (if applicable) - Copy of the Highest Degree Certificate Other Information: - KOTRA Jakarta does not have the authority to decide on all matters relating to the interview, recruitment, and placement of workers that occur between The Hiring Company and Applicants. - The Hiring Company as mentioned above will contact applicants directly for the interview, recruitment, and further process. - KOTRA may collect your personal information and send it to the Hiring Company.
