Project Manager (Korean Speaking) — GEM Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Salary up to 55M VND (open negotiation). Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients. - Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders for effective delivery. - Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling. - Participate in presale activities: clarify requirements, estimate effort/cost, prepare proposals and delivery approaches. - Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new opportunities. - Contribute to delivery process improvement and project operation management. Required skills and experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Software Development / IT Outsourcing Project Manager role. - International client work experience. - Strong project, stakeholder, and risk management skills. - Proficient in Korean communication. - Proactive mindset, strong ownership, business-oriented thinking. - PMP certificate. Preferred: presale or solution discussion experience, technical/development background, onsite or customer-facing role experience.
