Valitron is recruiting on behalf of our client, Nao Now, for this role.
About Nao Now
Nao Now is an online English learning platform helping children around the world build confidence and stronger communication skills. Through personalized, mentor-led lessons, we create engaging English learning experiences designed around each student's needs and goals.
We're growing our Korean customer base and are looking for a friendly, motivated sales professional who can connect with Korean-speaking parents and introduce them to Nao Now's programs.
About the Role
This is a full-time contractor position. As a Sales Representative, you'll communicate with prospective customers, learn about their needs, introduce Nao Now's English programs, and help interested families move through the enrollment process. Some of the families you'll speak with are based in Korea, so you'll need to be comfortable working around Korea time zones for calls and messaging.
Must-Have
• Bilingual in Korean and English -- this is required, not just a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones to reach Korea-based parents.
Compensation
Low base plus high commission. Base pay is $1,000-$1,400 USD/month (roughly $12,000-$16,800/year), plus 4% commission on each sale (average package value is about $600). Reps typically earn $2,100-$7,800/month in total once commission is included.
What You'll Do
• Speak with Korean-speaking prospective customers through phone, messaging, and other communication channels.
• Learn about families' needs and goals for their children's English education.
• Introduce Nao Now's programs and answer customer questions.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested families throughout the enrollment process.
• Keep track of customer conversations and follow-up activities, and maintain accurate information in our CRM.
• Help prospective customers understand the benefits of Nao Now's programs.
• Work with the team to improve the customer experience and contribute to sales and enrollment goals.
Qualifications
• Previous sales, customer service, education, or client-facing experience is a plus.
• B2C sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and confident communication style.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and answering questions.
• Organized and reliable with good follow-through.
• Comfortable using basic online tools and CRM systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in sales, education, EdTech, customer service, or other consumer-focused industries.
• Familiarity with the Korean market or Korean consumer behavior.
• Experience using CRM or customer management tools.
