Location: South Tangerang, Banten | Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Serve as talent/model/cast member for Style Korean Indonesia video content - Manage brand presence on Instagram and TikTok - Research and implement latest social media trends into content strategy - Collaborate with creative team on daily content development and production - Monitor content performance metrics (likes, followers, comments, engagement) - Propose creative ideas to boost engagement Requirements: - Experience or strong interest in KOL content creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube - Passion for the beauty industry - Proven track record creating engaging content (FYP placements, high engagement) - Current knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, algorithms - Comfortable on camera - Strong time management, content writing, and communication skills - Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral/written); Korean proficiency is a plus - Portfolio attachment required in CV Benefits: health insurance, lunch provided, free parking
