Position: Project Quality Engineer (Korean). Company: Shanghai Yousheng Aluminum Co., Ltd. Location: Shanghai. Salary Range: RMB10,000 - 20,000/month. Level: Mid-to-Senior. Type: Full-time. Category: Quality Inspection. Job Responsibilities: Conduct project initiation for new projects; review drawings, processing technology, and mold manufacturing at each phase; develop project schedules; implement project milestone plans; track project progress and quality management throughout, organize regular reviews and improvement activities; handle problems arising during project execution; communicate quality and schedule issues with customers; submit PPAP to customers; complete project development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in automotive mechanical engineering or related field; 5+ years project management experience; familiar with automotive parts development process; familiar with TS16949 system; proficient in CP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, Office, and 3D design software; Korean fluent, English good.
