HR Planning and Operations Improvement (section manager candidate) at CJ FOODS JAPAN, the Japanese subsidiary of a major Korean food manufacturer, posted via doda. Location: CJ Building 9F, 2-7-4 Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo (Shinbashi).
Key responsibilities: As an HR planning specialist you will drive
- Mid- to long-term HR strategy and execution, including organizational optimization, structural redesign and workforce planning in coordination with relevant departments
- Identification and cultivation of key talent and future core personnel, strengthening internal high-potential development systems covering selection, training plans and placement consideration, and recruiting external key talent
- HR system improvements and design across evaluation, compensation and benefits, including system planning, revision and operational design of evaluation and compensation revision processes
- Global coordination with headquarters and the Global Mobility team, including communication with HQ HR and deployment and localization of global initiatives
- Related duties as assigned
Required qualifications:
- Experience implementing and operating HR systems
- 3+ years of labor and employment operations experience
Preferred qualifications:
- HR consulting experience in system design and planning
- Foreign-affiliated company or large enterprise background
- Korean language skills with workplace usage experience

Employment terms: full-time permanent position in a management supervisory classification with a trial period of up to six months. Work hours 9:00-18:00. Annual salary 6,000,000-9,000,000 yen, paid monthly (500,000-750,000 yen over 12 installments), with annual raises in April, additional incentive payments and raises possible through a selection process. Retirement age 60. Side employment permitted.
