Korean Speaking Trainee — Regent Phu Quoc, Phu Quoc, Vietnam. Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under supervision of line managers. Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure smooth and pleasant guest experiences. Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required. Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner. Support administrative tasks including preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned. Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings. Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head. Korean language capability is central to the role: the trainee communicates directly with Korean-speaking guests and interprets between Korean and English/Vietnamese.
