Product Registration Employee — TÁM TÁM KOREA (88Korea), Hanoi. Prepare and manage documentation for cosmetics, health-protective foods, and related legal files per current regulations. Coordinate with state agencies (Food Safety Authority, Drug Administration, Testing Institutes, Provincial Health Departments) during file processing. Review, audit, and finalize legal documentation from manufacturers, including CFS, COA, LOA, GMP, HACCP, ISO certificates and technical materials. Collaborate with translation department handling English/Korean documents, ensuring consistency between legal and technical documentation. Inspect original labels, develop supplementary labels, verify product information per legal requirements. Coordinate with Marketing to review advertising, website, catalogue content for compliance. Manage and archive legal files; track processing progress and license validity periods. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Law, Quality Management or related fields. Minimum 2 years regulatory affairs or product law experience, preferably with cosmetics/health foods/dietary supplements registration. Understanding of Vietnamese regulations. English reading proficiency; Korean language preferred (biết tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế). Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
