Operation Staff (Cobi Work) - Korean Speaking — COBI GROUP, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Entry level, full-time. Location: co-working office at Cobi Tower II (District 7, HCMC). Salary: minimum 14,000,000 VND gross monthly. Position overview: Cobi Work seeks proactive, customer-oriented operation staff supporting daily co-working space and business center operations — delivering a professional, organized, welcoming environment for tenants, members, and visitors while handling operational tasks, customer service, event support, and cross-functional coordination. Korean speaking is required for this role. Key responsibilities: - Support daily co-working space and business center operations. - Handle operational requests from tenants, members, and visitors. - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, facility management). - Manage operational checklists, update data, prepare basic reports. - Support event setup, community activities, and on-site operations. - Professionally resolve customer inquiries and operational issues. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year experience as building/apartment receptionist or relevant operational/customer service role. - Strong spoken and written English preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva preferred.
