Director of Korean Language Training Center (Hanoi) — Tín Phát International Education Cooperation & Investment Corp. Location: Sunsquare Tower, 21 Lê Đức Thọ, Từ Liêm District, Hanoi. Full-time, Monday-Saturday morning, 08:00-17:00. Deadline: August 29, 2026. Key responsibilities: - Business management: develop monthly/quarterly/annual business plans; achieve revenue targets for new students and re-enrollment; analyze market and competitors; coordinate marketing campaigns; control operational costs. - Training management: oversee teaching activities; ensure program quality; monitor learning outcomes and course completion rates; improve curriculum and teaching methods. - Human resources: recruit, train and develop teachers, enrollment consultants and admin staff; assign tasks and evaluate performance. - Operations: manage facilities, class schedules and teaching assignments; handle student and parent feedback. - Financial management: budgets, revenue/expense/profit tracking, tuition receivables, financial reporting. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher; 3-5 years management experience in language or education centers. - Understanding of language education operations; enrollment, marketing and customer service knowledge. - Leadership, HR management, planning and organizational skills; data analysis and reporting; office software proficiency. - Korean language TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent is an advantage; ability to communicate with Korean teachers/partners. Priority for candidates who managed a Korean language center or TOPIK programs.
