Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for Korean clients across the IT Outsourcing project lifecycle (presales through payment); build and maintain long-term client relationships with solution consulting; collaborate with Presales/Delivery teams on proposals, estimations, contracts and pipeline management; work with Project Managers during execution addressing issues and change requests; monitor account performance (revenue, billing, collections, forecasting); identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities supporting business development. Requirements: Fluent Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above); English proficiency a plus; minimum 1 year Sales/Account Management/Business Development in IT with Korean client exposure; strong multitasking, problem-solving and deadline management; analytical skills for metrics tracking (revenue, effort, timelines); willingness to learn IT/ITO domain knowledge.
