Role Overview:
The Admissions and Korean Liaison Officer drives enrollment growth and delivers premium admissions experiences across Early Years through Sixth Form. This dual-function role guides prospective families through the complete enrollment journey - from initial inquiry through settlement - while serving as the primary liaison for Korean families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end admissions process for all student age groups
- Provide dedicated Korean language support and cultural consultation
- Conduct school tours and information sessions tailored to Korean family needs
- Facilitate seamless communication between Korean families and school departments
- Build community relationships and advocacy within the Korean market
- Support wider admissions functions with families of all nationalities
- Enhance school reputation within the Korean demographic across Ho Chi Minh City and region
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent Korean language capability
- Admissions experience or customer-facing enrollment background
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Understanding of international education landscape
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships
