Air Logistics Customer Care Manager, Key Accounts (Korean speaking) at Kuehne+Nagel, based onsite in Hanoi, mid-level full-time. As a Freight Forwarding team member you manage customer experience, growth, retention, and profitability at national and local scale for air logistics key accounts. Key responsibilities include commercial management (customer growth analysis, upselling, quotation execution, profitability), relationship and communication management (commercial updates, booking clarification, shipment notifications), customer promise monitoring of transit times and commercial conditions, onboarding and fulfillment of new customers with compliance, customer system maintenance including data accuracy, credit limits, and rate management, and dispute management covering complaints and claims processing. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in air logistics including experience working with Korean customers, proven customer service and relationship management experience, a commercial and solution-oriented mindset, and fluency in Korean and English.
