Job Overview:
This is a Renewal Sales Specialist role focused on driving revenue retention and growth through contract renewals, service sales, and upsell opportunities. The position involves managing dedicated territories while demonstrating the value of moderately complex products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dedicated territory and collaborate with team to achieve revenue quotas through renewals and upsells
- Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions including quotations, pricing discussions, contract negotiation
- Prepare and present quotations aligned with customer needs
- Negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-volume outbound phone and email engagement
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge
- Identify and resolve customer concerns and objections
- Manage competitive pressures to retain customers
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Collaborate with team members for consistent customer experience
- Leverage technology, data, and AI-powered tools to optimize workflows
- Report to Sales Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years renewal sales experience with strong end-to-end sales exposure
- Demonstrated success achieving renewal, retention, or revenue targets
- Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving with customer-first mindset
- High emotional intelligence (empathy and self-awareness)
- Quick learner for new products, systems, and sales technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus
- Experience in high-volume calling environment
- Hands-on Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
Language Requirement: English & Korean (minimum TOPIK 5)
