Position: Business Development Executive (Korean Speaker) at HIVELAB VINA
Company Overview:
HIVELAB is a multi-platform digital communications agency established in 2012 in South Korea. Services include UX/UI design, game development, web/mobile services, branding, and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop business opportunities, identify prospective customers, and analyze market trends in IT Outsourcing/System Integration
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
- Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, coordinate with internal departments
- Support proposal preparation, quotations, presentations, contracts, and deal closure
- Manage and update business development pipeline, CRM, and customer database
- Monitor sales progress, report results, and propose improvements
- Support communication, project coordination, and information handover
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, networking, and marketing activities
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, IT Outsourcing, or System Integration
- B2B client experience (Korean/Japanese/Global clients preferred)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English or Korean (required)
- Bachelor's degree
