Business Development Executive (Vietnamese-Korean Speaking) at VNGGames (VNG Corporation), based in Ho Chi Minh City. Key Responsibilities: - Support partner communication through meeting preparation, coordinating partner visits, and maintaining cross-team alignment - Monitor end-to-end project operations with Korean studios, identify risks and delays, prepare weekly status reports and escalate key issues - Maintain project documentation, status trackers, milestones and deliverables - Track test builds and internal testing progress, collect studio feedback and organize follow-ups - Handle operational and administrative tasks including seasonal gifts preparation, partner logistics support and ad-hoc manager requests Requirements: - Korean: Business level (fluent) - Vietnamese: Native speaker - English: Intermediate - Prior experience working with Korean companies or cross-functional Korean teams - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving ability - Multitasking capability and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs) Preferred: 3+ years experience in operations, coordination or project management; strong documentation and reporting communication skills; IT/tech industry background; understanding of mobile games, marketing metrics and publishing workflows.
