The Business Development Specialist (Korean-Speaking) is responsible for researching target market segments, expanding the client network, and promoting, consulting, and selling IT solutions and services. This role acts as a strategic bridge between technology capabilities and Vietnamese and Korean corporate clients, driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: identify potential clients and business opportunities in IT Outsourcing, Software Services (ERP, CRM), Cloud Solutions, and Enterprise IT Services; proactively approach prospects through social media, email campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and networking; conduct client meetings and consulting; build relationships with customers and partners; support proposal preparation, quotation, contract negotiation, and deal closing; conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend analysis; execute marketing activities and support events, webinars, and exhibitions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Korean Language, International Business, or related fields; mandatory Korean proficiency fluent in writing and speaking; at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Account Management; familiarity with Korean business culture.
