Customer Service role supporting Korean-speaking clients at Vietnam Concentrix Services. Location: QTSC Building 9, Quang Trung Software Park, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities: receiving inquiries, consulting and supporting users on issues, recording complaints and processing per established procedures, using tools to resolve problems quickly and professionally, contacting drivers/restaurants by phone as needed, forwarding information to relevant departments. Basic salary: 21.5M VND/month plus 500K food allowance, 30% night shift premium, and 900K-1.2M monthly KPI bonuses (up to 25M total). Requirements: high school diploma, TOPIK 5+ Korean proficiency, minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred, sales mindset. Schedule: 2 flexible days off weekly, 9-hour rotating 24/7 shifts including 1.5-hour breaks. Full salary during 2-month trial period. Benefits: social insurance, equipment, annual health checks, 14 vacation days.
