Location: Dong Tho Industrial Complex, Van Mon, Bac Ninh. Responsibilities: Create daily/weekly production plans based on forecasts and sales orders. Monitor production progress, update and adjust plans as needed. Coordinate with departments regarding BOM, production processes, and yield rate changes. Support departments ensuring on-time product manufacturing and delivery. Requirements: Prefer 1+ years experience in production planning/manufacturing management, associate or bachelor's degree (Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain, etc.), ERP knowledge preferred, basic office software skills especially Excel, strong communication/collaboration/teamwork.
