Study Abroad Consultant - Korean Language Programs, in Hanoi (52 Lĩnh Nam, Hoàng Mai). Onsite, Mon-Sat 8:30-16:30. Responsibilities: - Advise prospective students on Korean study-abroad opportunities via direct consultation, phone, email, social media and events - Recommend suitable programs and institutions aligned with student needs - Collaborate on content creation and video production about Korean education - Assist with application documentation (school selection, scholarships, costs) and visa procedures - Monitor application progress; provide pre- and post-departure support Requirements: - Associate or Bachelor's degree minimum - Strong Korean language proficiency (TOPIK certification preferred) - Understanding of Korean study abroad and culture - Prior experience in education consulting or visa processing preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills Compensation: Base 8-12 million VND + commission (total 15-20 million VND/month), performance bonuses, quarterly incentives, full social insurance, 13th-month salary, holiday bonuses, international training and partner-institution site visits.
