Responsibilities: translate and interpret between Korean and Vietnamese (English advantageous); provide administrative support to the Director including meetings, agendas, minutes, and task follow-up; manage project documentation and document control systems; prepare payment documents and manage expenses; coordinate with departments and contractors for document collection; and handle utilities management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field; 2-5 years experience as an Interpreter, Assistant, or Document Controller; Korean language certificate TOPIK Level 5 or above (Level 6 an advantage); proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong organization, communication, and coordination skills; attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information; ability to work under pressure and multitask; available for overseas business trips or training.
