Customer Service - Quality Department (Korean/Chinese languages) at Ways Electron Co., Ltd. (100% foreign-owned electronics manufacturing). Location: Hai An District, Hai Phong. Responsibilities: Handle customer quality complaints. Communicate with internal departments. Analyze quality anomalies. Prepare 8D quality reports and countermeasures. Develop improvement plans for quality failures. Requirements: Customer service experience with quality problem analysis, 8D report writing expertise, Korean language (all 4 skills) mandatory, Chinese language preferred as advantage, meticulous attention to detail. Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree (languages, finance, or related fields). Experience: 2-5 years.
