Responsibilities: Address user inquiries concerning the food delivery application, process complaints according to procedures while maintaining case status updates, utilize support tools and collaborate with relevant departments for swift and accurate problem resolution, contact delivery drivers or restaurants for information verification, route cases to appropriate departments (delivery/users/franchising) for thorough resolution. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, TOPIK 5+ Korean proficiency across all four skills, minimum 6 months customer service experience, strong communication and situation-handling skills, preferred experience with message/email customer support. Compensation: Base salary 21.5 million VND/month, 500,000 VND housing allowance, 30% night shift premium, monthly KPI bonuses (900,000-1.2 million VND), full social insurance coverage, 14 annual leave days, 13th-month salary.
