Position: Customer Service Representative - Food App (Korean Speaking) Company: Concentrix Vietnam Location: QTSC9 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City Salary: Up to 25,000,000 VND/month Scope of Work: - Receive information, provide consultation, support, and respond to Users' inquiries regarding related issues - Record User complaints and handle them in accordance with established procedures - Flexibly use available tools and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and professionally - Proactively contact Drivers/Restaurants via call when necessary - Record and forward information to relevant departments to support Shippers/Users/Merchants Income & Benefits: - Average Income: Up to 25,000,000 VND/month - Base Salary: 21,500,000 VND/month - Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month - Night shift allowance: 30% base salary - Monthly KPI incentive: 900,000 - 1,200,000 VND/month - 100% salary in 2-month probation time - Full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and 24/7 welfare policies - 14 days leave/year, 13th month salary, annual salary review - Clear promotion policy and international working environment Requirements: - Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level - Strong Korean communication skills (verbal and written) - TOPIK 5 and above - At least 6-month experience in Customer Service roles or any relevant ones - Have sales mindset and customer-oriented with experience in text-chat/email customer service Work Schedule: Rotate 24/7, 9 hours/shift (including 1.5 hours of rest), 2 days off/week
