Position: Customer Service - Korean/Chinese Language Specialist

Location: Haiphong, Dong Hai Ward, Deep C 2B Maritime Industrial Zone
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 24 working days monthly with alternating Saturdays off

- Confirm and process customer quality complaints
- Communicate with relevant company departments regarding quality issues
- Analyze quality anomalies and irregularities
