Customer Support Agent at TELUS Digital, Ward 1, Quang Tri, Vietnam. Full-time, entry level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Support customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and general service information
- Provide accurate guidance on policies, procedures, and service offerings
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle escalations and complex cases
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality guidelines
Qualifications:
- Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of Customer Service experience
- English proficiency: B2 level or above
- Korean proficiency: B2 level or above, with recognized certification (e.g. TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
