CUSTOMER SUPPORT (KOREAN & ENGLISH speaking)

About the Company: A global financial group with international presence expanding operations into Vietnam and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information on products/services and resolve concerns effectively
- Assist customers navigating platforms, troubleshooting issues, and guiding through processes
- Document interactions and maintain comprehensive CRM records
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Identify recurring problems and improve support processes proactively
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback
- Maintain current product knowledge
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Open to freshers or experienced customer support professionals
- Strong empathy and active listening skills
- Quick problem-solving ability under pressure
- Flexibility for rotating shifts including day and swing shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
Work Schedule:
- 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
- Day-time hours following Korea time zone
- Shift assignments by team leader as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Open for discussion
