COBI GROUP is hiring an FM Supervisor (1) and FM Staff (3) for facilities and technical operations at COBI TOWER II in Ho Chi Minh City. Responsibilities include managing and operating building systems (electrical and water systems, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, CCTV and security, generator and UPS) to ensure continuous, safe and standard-compliant operations and handling emergency technical issues; establishing periodic maintenance plans, supervising maintenance and repair contractors, and controlling maintenance quality, schedule and costs; managing technical and maintenance teams, assigning shifts, evaluating performance, and training staff on operating procedures and safety; ensuring compliance with occupational safety, fire protection and environmental regulations and working with authorities during inspections; and preparing operation and maintenance budgets, monitoring utility and maintenance costs, and preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly operation reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Refrigeration, M&E, Mechanical, Construction or Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of facilities management experience (buildings, hotels, or malls), strong knowledge of M&E systems, HVAC and fire protection systems, and team management, problem-solving, planning and cost-control skills.
