Position: General Affairs cum Secretary (Korean Speaking)
Company: Leading engineering corporation (via Aloha Consulting Group)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
1) Executive & Secretary Support:
- Administrative support to senior leadership
- Arrange restaurants, meetings, travel, accommodation
- Coordinate business reservations and bookings
- Calendar management and ad hoc tasks
2) General Affairs Administration:
- Coordinate visa, work permits, residence cards for expatriate employees
- Manage office leases and expat housing contracts
- Oversee office supplies ordering
- Arrange business travel logistics
- Handle general administrative matters
3) Expense & Payment Administration:
- Process employee expense claims
- Coordinate vendor/service provider payments (travel, telecom, internet, leases)
- Handle reimbursements for entertainment, gifts, business expenses
- Maintain documentation and payment accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, HR, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in General Affairs/Administration/Executive Assistant/Secretary
- ERP systems experience (S-ERP) preferred
- Expat support experience advantageous
- Fluent Korean required (TOPIK 5-6)
- English communication advantageous
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational/coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, careful, responsible
