Customer Service Supervisor (Korean Language) at Lotte Mart Vietnam, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa. Responsibilities: Train customer service staff in communication skills and complaint resolution. Directly handle difficult Korean customer situations. Manage cleanliness and asset protection. Coordinate with merchandising staff on promotions and product quality issues. Track promotional inventory daily. Guide members on loyalty program benefits. Manage and distribute promotional items. Handle morning announcements and promotional broadcasts. Assist customers with gift wrapping. Process returned merchandise. Requirements: Age 18-35, 1-2 years customer service experience, strong Korean listening/speaking skills, ability to manage Korean customer interactions, strong team management skills, complaint handling expertise.
