Responsibilities: Manage and supervise service staff in assigned areas. Monitor work shift scheduling across restaurant departments. Inspect tools, equipment, and setup compliance with restaurant standards. Actively assist with customer service as needed. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries. Complete additional tasks per management direction. Requirements: 2+ years equivalent restaurant supervisor experience, strong English or Korean communication ability (mandatory), planning/organizational/supervisory capabilities, ability to handle high-pressure environment.
