Guest Experience and Front Office role: Greet, meet, escort guests and provide general information. Oversee lobby area with proactive guest engagement, especially for those with language barriers. Accommodate all guest requests; handle check-in assistance, room recommendations, upselling, checkout, and farewell, particularly for Korean speakers, VIPs, and Radisson Rewards members. Conduct duties courteously per resort policies. Follow up on special requests; verify transportation for arriving guests; ensure room readiness; welcome VIPs. Process pre-arrival communications via email/phone. Handle check-in/checkout. Provide hands-on support to Front Desk and Concierge, including Korean translation. Communicate product knowledge and company philosophy. Maintain guest contact; gather feedback; resolve complaints promptly. Manage guest folios and preference records. Prepare and coordinate guest amenities and welcome letters for VIPs. Inspect VIP rooms pre-arrival. Escort VIPs and introduce facilities. Invite guests to Radisson Rewards. Perform basic cashier duties. Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 1-2 years experience.
