Key responsibilities: coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and welcome arrangements; handle guest requests, reservations, activities, and in-villa dining arrangements; maintain accurate guest information and preferences in systems; coordinate with internal departments for seamless experiences; assist with spa bookings, billing, luggage handling, and valet services; proactively collect guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally; uphold sustainability commitments including waste reduction and responsible sourcing. Requirements: strong Microsoft Software platform knowledge, basic food and beverage service skills, excellent guest-related functions and service expertise, strong team mentality, very good written and spoken English, second language (Russian or Korean) strongly preferred, excellent communication skills, prior service-related work experience preferred.
