Guest Experience Maker (Butler) at Six Senses Côn Đảo resort in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Deliver personalized guest service aligned with Six Senses brand standards, coordinate guest arrivals/departures/transfers/welcome arrangements, handle guest requests/reservations/activities/in-villa dining, maintain accurate guest profiles, coordinate with internal departments, assist with spa bookings/billing/luggage/valet services, collect guest feedback and resolve concerns. Requirements: High school education minimum, hospitality degree preferred, 1 year experience in similar high-end resort role, advanced Opera PMS and POS system knowledge, Front Office procedures knowledge, fluent written and spoken English and Korean, willingness to work under pressure, flexible hours with overtime capability.
