Position: Guest Experience Officer (Russian/Korean Speaking). Company: Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort. Location: Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang, Vietnam. Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Assist VIP arrivals, special requests, and personalize guest experiences
- Ensure seamless stays from check-in to check-out
- Handle guest complaints effectively and promptly
- Collaborate with departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa) to exceed expectations
- Gather guest feedback for systems (TrustYou, Medallia)
- Promote resort activities and F&B offers
- Support brand standards and guest experience initiatives
- Participate in guest activities and social events
- Complete required reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management
- Proficiency with PMS (Opera), guest feedback systems
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent English communication; additional languages advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Team collaboration ability
- Self-motivated, energetic, professional appearance
