Guest Relation Officer (Korean Native Speaking) at The Anam Resort, Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa Province. 1 opening, shift-based hours. Responsibilities: Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance in uniform, review daily arrival/departure reports and hotel information, provide VIP guest services from pre-arrival through departure (room inspections, welcome, feedback, farewell), facilitate smooth check-outs with billing verification, prepare VIP folders and welcome kits, maintain lobby presence and communicate with guests, understand hotel policies/services/rates/local information, handle guest complaints and requests promptly, arrange amenities for ill guests and prepare birthday recognitions, promote and upsell resort services, provide personalized service to repeat guests, understand Front Office and Housekeeping operations. Requirements: Approachable/confident/respectful demeanor, excellent English (speak/read/write), Microsoft Office and Front Office System proficiency, diploma/vocational certificate in Hotel Administration or equivalent, 1+ year front office/guest services/customer service experience preferred.
