Guest Relation Officer (Korean Native Speaking) at The Anam, Long Beach, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. Shift-based work. Key responsibilities: report on time in full uniform and maintain professional appearance; review daily arrival/departure reports and hotel updates; provide VIP guest care from pre-arrival through departure (room inspections, welcome, feedback collection, farewell); facilitate smooth check-outs and conduct billing reviews prior to VIP departures; prepare VIP folders with registration cards, key cards, and welcome kits; maintain active lobby presence; communicate effectively with resort guests; demonstrate knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, services, rates, special events, and local information; recognize repeat guests with personalized service; handle guest complaints and service requests promptly; make courtesy calls and arrange amenities for ill guests; monitor daily birthday lists. Requirements: native Korean speaker, excellent English communication, diploma/vocational certificate in Hotel Administration or Management, proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office systems, 1+ year experience in front office/guest services preferred.
