Key Responsibilities:
Report on time in full uniform; welcome and escort arriving guests; facilitate personalized check-in and checkout; prepare VIP amenity and key cards; maintain lobby presence; coordinate with Housekeeping and Reception; handle guest complaints; arrange flowers/fruits and birthday cards for guests; manage Business Center awareness; ensure property and fire safety compliance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration or equivalent; 1+ year front office, guest services, or customer service experience; Korean speaking ability.
