Guest Relation Officer (Korean Speaking) at Shilla Monogram Hanoi, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Job Summary: Delivers exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized services to Korean-speaking guests throughout their stay; acts as key liaison between guests and hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist Korean-speaking guests during check-in, stay, and check-out
- Provide personalized guest services; handle all requests promptly and professionally
- Build positive relationships; anticipate guest needs
- Handle inquiries, feedback, complaints effectively with satisfactory resolutions
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B departments for seamless experiences
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in hotel systems
- Assist with VIP arrivals, room inspections, special arrangements
- Promote hotel facilities, services, local attractions
- Follow hotel standards, policies, procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or related field
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Previous Front Office, Guest Relations, or Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and guest service mindset
- Microsoft Office and hotel management systems proficiency advantageous
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, shift work capability
