Guest Relation Officer (Korean Speaking) at InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, based in Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang Province, Vietnam. Position overview: a guest relations specialist managing guest services and hospitality at the resort. Core responsibilities: Report on time in full uniform, maintaining professional grooming and a friendly demeanor; prepare VIP amenity cards and coordinate check-in/check-out services; welcome, greet, and escort arriving guests to rooms with personalized service; preview VIP arrivals and coordinate special requests with management; maintain a visible lobby presence offering assistance to guests; coordinate with Housekeeping and Reception for VIP room readiness; arrange flowers and fruits for guests and handle birthday recognitions; process guest complaints and coordinate departmental follow-up; provide courtesy calls and assistance to unwell guests; promote hotel services and products and manage upselling opportunities; ensure repeat guest recognition and personalized service; maintain familiarity with room amenities, rates, promotions, and local information; support Business Center operations and Front Office procedures; participate in fire/life safety and property security protocols; perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: minimum 1 year experience in front office, guest services, or customer service; diploma or vocational certificate in Hotel Administration or Hotel Management; Korean language proficiency (speaking).
