Head of Online Operation & Strategy at Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (full-time, mid-level). Position summary: Drive overall online business strategy and lead the business unit to ensure excellent sales performance, new business strategy (cooperative and go-to-market), product launch management, supply chain management, and channel distribution management. Eliminate customer inconveniences in pre- and post-purchase processes. Key responsibilities: Deliver national online sales targets; establish and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for revenue, profitability, and market share growth; lead online operation teams and advance category positioning; achieve and exceed management plan objectives; expand Samsung's market share in the online sector; enhance Samsung's reputation through proactive market engagement; align with key partners on value proposition and co-marketing initiatives; translate go-to-market strategy into quantitative, actionable plans; design and implement ranging strategy for the Vietnamese market and represent Samsung in global product development; optimize pricing and marketing integration, manage marketing funds and price roadmaps; monitor market intelligence and competitor strategies; build capable, profitable sales teams; identify and implement scalable process improvements. Required qualifications: Relevant experience in online sales, go-to-market strategy, and sales leadership; people leadership experience; strong business acumen and cross-level communication skills; proven ability to achieve budgeted and revenue targets; experience building customer relationships including senior management contacts; Korean language proficiency (specified as 'Korean Only'); online industry experience preferred, particularly with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok.
